Salary:
£11.50 per hour

Hours: 35 per week (Alternate weekends)

To take responsibility to manage all aspects in the day-to-day and long term running of the housekeeping and infection control needs of the residents.

Promoting the company's values which provide residents with a high standard of laundry and cleaning, meeting their individual needs and ensuring everyone is treated with respect and dignity where rights to privacy, independence and choice are met.

Continually improve the high standards of housekeeping and infection control - achieving the department objectives.

To assist the Home Manager in the day to day running of the home by maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, infection control and service towards the residents, relatives, visitors and professionals.

This is a team role with responsibility for cleaning, maintaining the home to a high standard therefore communication and teamwork are mutually important

Prioritising your work load to ensure that the cleaning of the home and laundry are maintained to a very high standard
Carry out regular deep cleaning, laundry duties,
To understand and comply with all statutory and legal requirements which are relevant such as Health and Safety, COSHH, all aspects of the Health and Social Care Act, to maintain a safe environment throughout the home.
