We are seeking a talented individual to join our team of Multi trade Engineers working in the housing association industry.

With full training you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects that involve renovating and upgrading properties.

You will play a vital role in bring these spaces back in to a livable and homely environment, ultimately giving families and residents a new home to live in and raise there families.

This includes working on domestic properties for letting agents, care providers, housing associations as well as for commercial properties such as care homes, schools, offices, children's play centers and nurseries.

Multi trade Assistant
Due to company expansion we are looking for a new Multi trade Assistant to join our growing team.

You will work along side one of our highly skilled multi trade engineers and will carry out property renovations across the home counties and London.

The work will range from minor repairs through to complete property redecoration and refurbishment including new kitchens and bathrooms.

Works could cover,

• Carpentry
• Plumbing & Drainage
• Painting and decorating
• Patch plaster
• Basic flooring, carpet fitting
• General maintenance
• Grounds works
• General building skills
• Basic non certificated Electrical work
• Kitchen Fitting
• Bathroom fitting

£130.00-£150.00 per day
