Komatsu Mining Corp UK has the following opportunity for a Project Administrator, employed on a temporary basis for 12 months initially, to join our team in the purpose-built test, design & service repair facility near Bolton.

Role Specific Duties:

Managing the day to day project administration responsibilities, which includes, but not limited to, maintenance of the project document libraries, documentation control, action item monitoring and project meeting minutes.
Maintenance of project checklists
Administration of the Project Management team's network spaces,web portals, and customer specific reporting requirements
Coordination of internal/external customer meetings, hosted by the Project Management team, which includes, minutes, preparation of papers and supporting project documentation packs.
Monitor project action items responses, ensuring all follow actions are completed in a timely manner
Support Project Managers with the maintenance and updates of project schedules
Liaise with Engineering and Supply Chain to ensure parts are scheduled in line with project plans
Generate SAP shortage reports, ensuring expedition/escalation of issues are reported efficiently
