We at Total Event Solutions are seeking additional outdoor Event Stewards to join our ever-growing team.

As a steward you will be ensuring the security and safety of the public across a wide range of events in Central London.

Duties will include:

  • Providing an efficient and professional front of house service
  • Patrolling the event grounds and working within crowds
  • Responding to customer requests and queries
  • Managing incidents as they arise
  • Maintaining client and company quality control standards and company procedures
  • Holding a positive and professional work ethic
  • Identifying and reporting Health & Safety issues and carrying out first aid if necessary.
  • Maintaining records including incident, missing and found reports.

The ideal applicant would maintain the following:

  • A pro-active approach to Events
  • Experience working in Event Industry
  • Ability to work in a team that performs to high standards
  • Strong customer service skills and experience
  • Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Five years' checkable history and references
  • Punctuality and good time keeping.

Pay:
£7.50-£13.16 per hour


Experience:

Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
