Responsibilities Include:

Social Media Management
- manage Portable Parties social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter & YouTube)
- respond to any enquiries in a friendly and timely manner
- engage with and build relationships with influencers on social media
- create social media content, including photos and videos, for all platforms to capture high-quality content.

Customer Service
- making outbound calls from customer enquiries to convert into sales
- build rapport with the customer to understand exactly what they need
- educating customers about the products and services offered
- carrying out outbound calls to existing customers to ensure that they are advised on upcoming bookings
- capturing customer feedback and content.
- organise and schedule meetings
- manage the customer database
- passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- excellent communication skills.
- ability to multi-task.
- a 'can do' attitude and willingness to learn as full training is provided
- you will be joining a customer focussed team so enthusiasm is a must
- strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise at all levels
- computer literate with the ability to operate Microsoft Office, E-mail, and have experience in maintaining databases.
