Location:
Leicester with hybrid working Salary: £75,000-£85,000pa


We are looking for someone to be responsible for the direction of the product and proposition strategy, in order to meet the banks strategic plan.

You would be continually improving our current offering, as well as launching appealing new products and propositions to market.


You would ensure our products meet customer needs, comply with consumer duty and regulatory requirements, and support the bank to meet its performance metrics.


The successful applicant will deliver on our high quality product and communication requirements, meeting all regulatory, risk and compliance requirements in a timely fashion.


About you
For this role you will need the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in managing and developing a team.
  • 10 years plus product & proposition experience required, desirably within financial services.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Consumer Duty, Conduct Risk and Treating Customers Fairly requirements.
  • High level financial acumen
  • Excellent level of communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • PC skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
