This is an on-site role for a British Curriculum Teacher located online.
As part of the teaching team, you will deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with the British Curriculum, catering to professionals from various industries.
Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, delivering tailored instruction, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback to support their professional English proficiency.
Collaboration with other specialized educators to design customized learning materials is also an essential aspect of the role.Qualifications
Strong understanding and experience in teaching the British Curriculum, as well as the ability to tailor lessons to suit professional contexts.
Proficiency in English language teaching skills, including grammar, pronunciation, and communication techniques.Experience with lesson planning, student assessment, and providing constructive feedback.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to engage professionals from diverse industries and cultural backgrounds.
Relevant teaching qualifications (e.g., PGCE, TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) and demonstrated experience in teaching English as a second language or professional English communication.
Familiarity with working in a collaborative environment with a focus on learner-centric approaches.Experience in sectors such as law, psychology, healthcare, HR, finance, marketing, engineering, or AI is a plus.
Mandatory Onboarding Training – Required
To ensure quality and consistency across our platform, all teachers are required to complete our mandatory onboarding training before delivering courses.
This training includes:
- Alignment with our curriculum and delivery standards
- Safeguarding and professional expectations
- Understanding of our course structures
- How to position yourself as a specialist
- Access to guidance on building your own education business alongside teaching with us
The cost of mandatory training is £150.
For teachers who join in February or March, we are offering a 20% discount, reducing the training fee to £120.
