School. Wilson Stuart School is an Ofsted designated outstanding all age years) Special School which provides very high-quality education for 232 pupils and young people who have physical disabilities, and/or complex medical conditions. Queensbury School provides for 245 students who have MLD (Moderate Learning
Difficulties), ASC (Autistic Spectrum Condition), SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties) and SEMH (Social Emotional and
Mental Health).
Mayfield School educates children and young people, who have a range of learning difficulties, between the ages of 3 and 19 and have approximately 300 students on roll.

Level 2 Teaching Assistants, Full-time and Maternity Cover
Actual starting salary £17, £18, includes SEN allowance) dependent on years' service based on
32.5 hours per week, Term Time Only, pro rata for part time work
The post includes classroom support, mentoring, pastoral care and assisting with the physical care of pupils as and when required.
You should have excellent communication and written skills with high expectations of learning and behaviour and a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification.
