We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced
New Business Account Handler to join us at our offices located in
Croydon.

Commercial Schemes insurance and enjoy a fast-paced environment

We are looking for a bright, personable, self-motivated individual for this role.

With the customer at the heart of everything, going the 'extra mile' to deliver a superior customer service will be second nature to you.

This role offers the opportunity to develop your motor fleet insurance knowledge by working within a highly supportive and specialised team, who are committed to your career development.

What you will be doing:

Assisting in achieving new business targets.
Pursuing warm leads provided by us and sourcing your own cold leads.
Work with insurer partners and our internal underwriter to offer bespoke solutions for our clients.
Prioritising and handling all work promptly and accurately.
Handling all queries, whether written or by telephone, in a professional manner.
Recording all relevant information on Acturis.

You need to bring with you:

Commercial insurance experience is essential with preference given to motor fleet knowledge.
Prior experience in a commercial insurance sales role.
Excellent client servicing experience
Ability to respond to changing requirements of the business and Insurance strategies
Ability to achieve and manage targets
Ability to identify other insurance opportunities for both existing and new customers
