Eden Brown Synergy have opportunities available within the Intermediate Care Allocation Team based in West Lancashire.

The positions are for locum Occupational Therapists to join the Home First service covering Ormskirk, Southport and Wigan areas.

The Occupational Therapists will work as part of a well established integrated team and will carry out risk assessments for people to be discharged from hospitals and care homes covering the Ormskirk, Wigan and Southport areas in West Lancashire.

The OTwill be responsible for the assessment to pass through to the community services.

We are looking for HCPC registered Occupational Therapists who are HCPC registered and have hospital based experience or within rehab or social services.

The positions are very flexible so we can offer full or part time working hours. Applicants will need to have access to their own transport to travel between hospital and care home sites.
