A luxury international 5-star Hotel located in East London near Liverpool Street Station are looking for a Night Manager for a fantastic career opportunity.

We are ideally seeking an experienced Night Manager with previous experience managing a mid to large size luxury hotel.

Desirable

Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver the very highest standards in customer service.
Previous experience in a similar Night Manager, Night Auditor or Senior Night Reception role in a luxury 4 or 5 star hotel
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to your work
A high level of both written and spoken English
Experience of Opera PMS
Dedicated, passionate and customer and service quality focused
