The Paid Media Executive will be responsible for optimising and managing PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions for our clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Plan, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms.
  • Conduct research to identify relevant and highperforming keywords for campaign targeting.
  • Write compelling and relevant ad copy that aligns with campaign objectives and target audience.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance data, identifying trends, insights and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to improve ad performance, landing page conversion rates and overall campaign success.
  • Manage campaign budgets, bids and daily spend to achieve desired performance goals.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective ad creatives.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in PPC advertising and digital marketing.
  • Provide regular performance reports to internal stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and insights.
  • Continuously explore new opportunities and platforms to expand PPC efforts and improve ROI.

Skills, knowledge and experience

Essential:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in managing PPC campaigns, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Skilled in using advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) for campaign setup and management.
  • An understanding of online advertising principles, audience targeting and campaign management.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in data analysis, monitoring key metrics and making datadriven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to adapt strategies based on changing trends and performance metrics.
  • Aligning PPC campaigns with broader marketing goals and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Good copywriting skills to write engaging and relevant ad copy to drive clicks and conversions.
  • Efficiently allocate budget, adjust bids and maintain spending within limits.
  • Experience of conversion tracking, A/B testing and landing page optimisation.
  • Skilled at troubleshooting and finding solutions for campaign challenges.
  • Organised in managing multiple campaigns and tasks efficiently.

Desirable

  • Certification in Google Ads or other relevant digital marketing certifications is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Bing Ads and social media advertising platforms.
