permanent, Full Time (37 hours per week).

If the answer is yes, we are looking for a conscientious individual that can be relied upon to take accountability for their workload.


We are looking for an individual that is solution orientated and knows the importance of building good customer (internal and external) relationships to support the Income Collection team.

What does the role entail?

  • Processing of all payments to rent accounts in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Monitoring and managing current rent accounts for garages, parking spaces.
  • Collecting recharges and former tenant debts.
  • Processing refund requests and write off's accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist the Income Team Leader with the yearend process.
  • Ensure customer focus is at the heart of all tasks you perform.
  • Provide additional administrative support to the Income team where needed.

Do I need any specific skills?
You don't need to have worked in social housing before to be successful in this role.

We care more about the character and skills you will bring to our team, and we are searching for an individual with demonstrable payment processing, accounting or/ or debt management experience.
