INrecruitment are now recruiting a Transaction Services Director to be a senior member of their very successful corporatefinance team.


Role


The role offers high-level exposure to owner managed businesses, small to mid-market privately owned and listed companies, together with the opportunity to participate in business development initiatives.


Person


An exceptional corporate finance professional, you will be ACCA, ACA, or equivalent, qualified, and have a track record of both supporting and project-managing Due Diligence assignments, together with an ability to bring new business to the firm.
