Description
Duties:
- Perform various construction tasks including but not limited to:
- Plumbing installations and repairs
- Roofing repairs and replacements
- Using hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Electrical work, such as wiring and installing fixtures
- Fabricating and installing structures
- Masonry work, including bricklaying and concrete pouring
- Carpentry tasks, such as framing and finishing work
- Painting surfaces to meet project requirements
- Welding metal components as needed
Experience:
- Proven experience in the construction industry, with a focus on building and renovation projects
- Proficiency in various construction skills, including but not limited to:
- Plumbing
- Roofing
- Working with hand tools and power tools
- Electrical work
- Fabrication techniques
- Masonry work
- Carpentry skills
- Painting surfaces
- Welding metal components
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on the project requirements
Salary:
From £28,000.88 per year

- Scaffolding: 1 year (preferred)
