Main Purpose:

Kitchen assistants perform all cleaning, washing, and preparation duties required in kitchens.


Responsible to:
_Directors/ Manager/ Kitchen Manager_

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Kitchen Assistant to assist our team with the preparation of food and dishes.
• You will be responsible for cleaning, washing, controlling inventory, organising the stockroom and fridges, and emptying rubbish bins.
• The ideal individual for the Kitchen Assistant role will have the ability to stand for long shifts, work as part of a team, and precisely follow health and hygiene practises

Effective Management of Darroch Resources

• To be aware of current resources and take steps to maximise our time and use of other resources.
• To attend all
  mandatory training and other relevant training in line with Darroch policies and procedures.
