  • Answer customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions.
  • Document customer interactions in the company database.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Salary:
£24,439.00-£26,107.00 per year
