Working with the 3PL team, maximise warehouse shipping capabilities to ensure that our customer needs are met and our monthly invoicing targets are achieved whilst remaining in control of costs.
Ensure all inbound goods purchase orders are receipted within the SLAs to maximise conversion opportunities.
Develop and manage the European inbound and outbound carrier network to meet market and customer requirements, including negotiation with and selection of thirdparty logistics providers.
Lead negotiations with carriers, freight forwarders, and consolidators.
Working with internal teams both locally and globally to ensure that the business is fully compliant with all aspects of inbound and outbound customs.
Ensure data is received from factories and other partners and provided on time and in full to the 3PL to maintain the compliance of the bonded warehouses.
Provide Management Information as required illustrating costs and/or impact on service levels regarding extra ordinary activities
Continuous improvement of all warehouse, inbound and outbound freight processes

Required Experience:

Strategic mindset with the ability to plan and adapt to changing business needs linked to our short

- and long-term strategic plans.

Commercial understanding with the ability to put the customer at the forefront of decision making
Experience of ERP systems (preferably SAP) and an understanding of Warehouse management systems.
Experienced in EU customs regulations in a similar business.
Project management skills
Diplomatic and able to negotiate solutions calmly and effectively
