    Description

    Your New Role

    As a Property Officer with our Housing Association, you will be part of the Asset Team. Your key responsibilities include managing and delivering investment projects, providing technical expertise, and supporting the management and life cycle of our assets.

    You will bring experience working within a similar industry, as well as specific knowledge of construction techniques, building materials, contractor management, and health and safety legislation.

    Ideal Candidate Requirements

    • Experience working in social housing settings, particularly in construction or property teams
