The experience we need.

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, including campaign development, customer segmentation, and data analysis
  • Highly organised and demonstrational experience in managing multiple projects
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to develop clear, insightful PowerPoint presentations, internal briefs and reports
  • Experience building and managing relationships with key partners
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
The role.

  • Working with the support of the Head of Propositions, develop and manage the gotomarket plans for new products, services, and customer segments
  • Analysing market trends and customer data to make recommendations for crossselling and upselling to support the success of business goals
  • Identifying new market opportunities and develop strategies to enter and expand in those markets
  • Ensuring value propositions are customer focused, compelling and clearly expressed across all channels
  • Working with the brand team to develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to drive the adoption of broadband products and services within target market segments
  • Supporting on products and propositions launched within the Marketing team to ensure progress and accuracy
  • Ensuring weekly GTM project status meetings are conducted with all relevant business areas
  • Building and managing relationships with key partners, distributors, and content providers
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams, including Product Development, DevOps, Sales, and Customer Care, to ensure that marketing initiatives are communicated and aligned with overall business goals and objectives
  • Developing and reviewing marketing materials, including website content, brochures, and sales collateral to ensure it aligns with the proposition
  • Monitoring and reporting on the performance of product split, marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Supporting the overall success of the wider marketing team projects and goals
