Financial Services Administrator - Preston - up to £26k doe
A fantastic opportunity has arisen with this regional reputable business, who are based in modern offices in Preston. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody looking to further their career.
Due to growth/expansion they are looking to recruit an Administrator. You will be working closely with the Office Manager and supporting the office as a whole.

A very well established business with a great name in their field and so this is a great opportunity for the right person.


Key duties will include:

  • Liaising with clients, and clients' representatives, as and when required.
  • Assisting advisors in the creation of client financial reports / letters.
  • To attend staff meetings as and when required.
  • Maintain a computerised customer database.
  • Type and wordprocess various documents and electronic information.
  • Create financial reports using spreadsheets.
  • Prepare client portfolio reviews.
  • Monitoring and prioritising workloads
  • Keeping managers up to date on the workload progress
  • Supporting team members with training
  • Monitoring staff absences
  • Creating and maintaining filing systems / client files
  • Arranging meetings / booking appointments
  • Compiling invoices
  • Producing reports

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £26,000.00 per year
