Flexible People Ltd are currently recruiting van drivers for a well known client of ours, based in Crawley.


The van driving role consists of delivering cages of bulk parcels to shops and scanning the parcels in and out, in order for them to be collected by the consumer.

The role is working five days of 6 between Monday and Saturday.

The shift starts at 10.00 for around 8-9 hours per day.


In order to drive the vans, you must have a valid UK license, you must have a minimum of one year driving experience and no more than 6 points on your driving license.

No DD, DR or NI convictions.

Experience is preferred.

Pay rates of £12.53 per hour

  • Reliable and organised
  • Have good communication skills and a good level of customer service
  • Be fit and healthy and able to lift heavy goods
  • Have your own steel toe cap safety boots and a high vis vest
