About The Role:
We are currently looking for a National Mobilisation Partner to join our amazing team in LP Healthcare Services.
In line with the LP Healthcare Services strategy of being the partner of choice for the delivery and deployment of professional and dispensing services, accountable for the effective mobilisation of all Healthcare Service contracts delivering a gold standard service to all stakeholders.
There's a lot to discover at LP Healthcare Services. We have a wide range of exciting opportunities within, hospitals, mental health facilities and prisons.
You will develop and successfully deliver a contract, specific mobilisation project plans ensuring weekly updates and ways of working are followed in full for each project.
Deliver all pre and post go live tasks within specified timescales, highlighting and mitigating risk using a risk register and clear follow up and action planning.
Take ownership of the mobilisation project plan and contribute to ongoing review and improvement of key documentation and ways of working.
Ensure a gold standard service delivery through measurement of KPIs during go live and ongoing process assessment and follow up during the first 6 weeks post go-live to handover.

About You:
We're looking for someone who's eager to share their expertise, inspire the team and drive a continuous learning culture to constantly improve and put our customers first.
You will need to be quality and customer/patient focused, with a great team ethos and ability to work and influence cross functionally to achieve the required outcomes.
Preferably have experience as dispenser/technician NVQ qualified, operations management experience, field working, project management or dispensing systems
Must be flexible to work away from home when mobilising new sites.
