Description
We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team in providing administrative support and exceptional customer service.Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Assist with clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of basic administrative and clerical procedures
- High level of attention to detail
- Previous experience in an office environment is advantageous
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
From £25,797.57 per year
