Freelance Senior Service Designer
Looking for another venture in the government sector as a freelance Service Designer? Well then keep reading

This design company works with organisations to design more effective services by engaging with users and building digital products


You'll work in multidisciplinary teams to design products and services rooted in a deep understanding of users and their needs.

You may also be helping out with new business development, supporting and managing more junior colleagues. You'll report directly to one of the Principal Service Designers. They are the User-Centred Design partner for multiple government agencies.

Rotating people from multiple sectors after months (depending on the project).

In summary:


  • Must have a minimum of 18 months of government experience
  • This freelance role can be as long as 2 years, extending every 6 months
  • This role requires you to invoice through an Umbrella (sadly you cannot use your Ltd or be a Sole Trader)
- £450-£600 a day

  • 48 weeks of onboarding
  • Remote with maybe the occasional trip to their London office
