Overview:

Element has an opportunity for an

Administrator to join their busy team based in our new premises in Manchester. Reporting to the Administration Manager, providing a range of Administrative duties for the Safety and Compliance teams throughout the UK.

This is a great opportunity to develop your Administration career within this fast growing testing, inspection and certification businesses.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist with the Reception desk as required and other associated tasks, including directing incoming calls and visitor arrival/departure
  • Using the inhouse database and other systems effectively to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Raising purchase orders and processing invoices and credit notes
  • Coordination support to help manage the site facilities

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience within an office environment would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of D365 systems would be preferred
  • Experience of purchasing would be an advantage
  • Highly motivated and organized individual with a flexible approach to work
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good standard of education or admin qualification
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising the quality of work or safety
