Job Summary
To control the Network Support and Training administrative processes, ensuring accurate records are kept on key processes and our Franchised Partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor the administrative processes associated with the appointment and termination of Franchised Partners ensuring that accurate information is stored
- Control the franchised partner contracts ensuring all documents are accurate and both stored as a scan and in a fireproof safe.
- Maintain key databases and information sources including dealer information, extranet information and postcode allocation data.
- Administer, monitor and report on dealer concessions and support agreements and process any support claims ensuring the company procedures are followed
- Maintain an accurate invoice log and provide monthly provisions
- Supply key departmental data as required
- Maintain a good working knowledge of the network planning tool producing mapping information as required
- To support the administration of the Mitsubishi Learning Portal updating user records and producing reports as required
- Organise the production of eLearning modules if required
- Administrative support for other IM Group automotive brands as required
- Carry out other departmental duties as required by Management
Qualifications and experience required;
Essential Requirements for the Role:
- Experience of administering network planning or a similar role
- Competent in use and administration of training portals/database systems
- Highly organised and able to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Able to produce accurate and consistent work
- Confident communicator with experience communicating with customers, senior management and suppliers
- Working knowledge of Word & Excel
Desirable Requirements for the Role:
- Experience of managing suppliers
- Knowledge of Mitsubishi vehicles and products

Salary:
£22,500.00-£27,000.00 per year
