Job Summary


The role is an integral part of the department with producing statistics and ensuring that the Risk Management inbox and tickets are up to date.

The role supports the Head of Risk Management with information on the Risk Profiling of all Warwick Buildings being kept up to date.

There will also be a need to be able to audit and help complete reports on iAuditor giving support where needed to Risk management Officers and other Administrators in the department.


Responsibilities & Duties

  • Keeping Risk Profiling spreadsheets up to date and producing reports weekly to be distributed to Senior Management.
  • Keeping Asbestos registers up to date
  • Producing monthly reports
  • Heading the H&S Committee including producing Agendas, minutes and reviewing procedures
  • Quality Assuring reports completed by the Risk management Officers and developing the knowledge to help complete these reports where necessary
  • Controlling the Risk management Inbox and tickets, maintaining 48hour communications response with all clients, leaseholders, other customers of Warwick Estates.
  • Proactively promote Health, Safety and Environment throughout the company.
  • Support the Head of Risk Management on all aspects of risk.
  • Manage the "Assigned Tasks" on the Risk Management Notifications system on BOSS to ensure proactive action is taken by Property Managers
  • Review Reports and add "Action Items" on the Risk Management Notifications system on BOSS

  • To respond to telephone calls and messages within 24 hours of returning to the office.
  • To maintain polite and professional communications within all correspondence whether verbal or written.
  • To attend and participate in regular internal Warwick Estates meetings as requested.
  • To study for and participate in any relevant industry exams at the request and with the agreement of your line manager.
  • To be familiar with and aware of basic Warwick Estates policies including but not limited to Employment, Health & Safety, Environmental and Fire Safety Policies.
  • To receive, manage and fulfil any other duties that may be commensurate to the role as instructed by the Head of Health and Safety.

Qualifications & Skills

Essential

  • IOSH Managing Safely or similar relevant qualification
  • Experience in the Residential Property Management and/or Construction Industries

Desired

  • NeBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (or equivalent)
  • Asbestos, Legionella, Manual Handling, Working at Heights Awareness Training

Special Requirements
Working hours are 37 hours per week Monday to Friday. The position is based in the office with an element of working from home.
