We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Head of Housing on a permanent basis in Berkshire.

The role is full-time (37 hours per week) and offers a salary of £70k per annum.

The role requires fully office-based for a short period, progressing to a hybrid scheme of 2/3 days in office requirement (negotiable).

Please see below a selection of your duties:

Work collaboratively with the Director of Resident Services and Community to set the strategic direction for Housing Services including agreeing budgets and determining overall service provision across the Housing Services Teams
Support your direct line reports to provide a professional housing management service across all Housing Services teams
Oversee performance and customer feedback and use that information to design and implement service improvements
Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Housing Services management team, and ensure the delivery of high performing services, ensuring regulatory and legislative compliance
Analyse and provide commentary on KPIs and other service monitoring information for the Executive Team and Board
Proactively monitor performance across areas of responsibility, identifying improvements as necessary, leading on the creation of action plans, and overseeing effective implementation through team managers
Oversee and facilitate the relationship between Housing Services and Customer Services teams
Build and sustain strong and effective internal and external relationships with key partner agencies and stakeholders

Surveying Manager
