What you'll do as a General Manager:

It's like running your own business
almost. Almost because you won't have to do it alone. We'll give you all the support, encouragement and tools to be successful
We've learnt a lot over the last 49 years quality food, great guest experiences and the right people are the key to a successful business
Running a successful restaurant takes hard work, there's many things to get right. You know that having an engaged, trained and stable team makes it a whole lot easier
We've got big plans and so do you. You'll build your plan, share it with your team and make sure everyone understands the part they play
Finding, keeping and developing the right people is essential to our growth (and your success) you're naturally good at it
Celebrating success is infectious you make a point of doing it when you see it. You'll take the same approach when things aren't quite right too
Take responsibility and accountability for the results you and your team deliver
We're all about creating the best experiences for our guests you'll genuinely care about the work you do and the part you play
