The Firm
Our client, a Legal 500, multi-disciplined law firm are seeking an Office Assistant to join their London office.


The Opportunity

  • Ensuring all meeting room hardware (phones, TVs and remote controls, AV equipment) are available and connected as necessary, liaising with the IT department where necessary
  • Ensuring coffee machines are stocked and cleaned daily
  • Ordering supplies for refreshments for both staff and clients
  • Assisting with the purchasing of breakfasts/ lunches for scheduled internal meetings and external events
  • Ordering couriers ensuring the correct forms are completed
  • Supporting the Reception Manager in dealing with facilities queries from staff
  • Providing support to the Reception Manager in relation to the set up and clearing of meeting rooms for internal and external events
  • Working with the Reception Manager in providing necessary support for events
This Office Assistant position is a full time, office based role, working Monday - Friday, 10am - 6pm


Required experience

  • Previous experience in a customer facing role
