Managing and leading the daily activities and performance and development of a Team of Application Analysts
Ensuring that requests and incidents are responded to within SLA and customers are given excellent customer service.
Coordinating Application Upgrades liaising with software suppliers, business leads or product owners, leading UAT, writing test scripts
Investigating, diagnosing and resolving system issues
Writing SQL queries, leading on system development and implementation of new and emerging functionality.
Designing and developing workflows to match business processes
