Description

This position will work directly with the production team to prepare and cook food items to the required quality and quantity standards.

The Food Production Worker will work closely with other production staff members to ensure that food is prepared according to customers' requests, within the required quality and quantity standards, according to company recipes, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Follow recipes and established food prep areas.
• Prepare food items such as chopping vegetables, cutting meat, or cutting meat.
• Prepare sauces and other sauces.
• Clean equipment.
• Work in a safe manner at all times following safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean workstation.
• Keep a positive attitude and work together with your coworkers to help each other out whenever possible.
• Work safely around equipment.
• Be able to follow instructions.
• Be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
