Service Administrator
An exciting opportunity has arisen within a Sales Organisation based in Luton, providing a high standard of customer service to our customers as well as supporting the Field Sales Team.
Main Responsibilities_
- Making all the relevant customer services calls
- Update of inhouse data system
- Daily/weekly tracking/Reporting to the manager
- Shows and exhibitions
- Lead Management
- Monitoring Incentives
- Administration tasks where necessary
- Other Adhoc duties related to the position
- Marketing Statistics
- Organisation of our inhouse Cook School aftercare service (Inviting customers)
- Organisation of events

Good Communication and organisational skills
Efficient Administrative Skills
Ability to manage goals
Basic Microsoft skills
Ability to work effectively within a team.

90% of this role is based on the phone, if this is something that you do not enjoy doing then this is not the role for you.
Academic qualifications not necessary, everything is taught on the job.
Hours of work are Sunday to Thursday
