We're on the lookout for a dynamic and personable Receptionist to join our team.As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a crucial role in upholding our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients with a warm and welcoming manner.
- Manage appointments and ensure smooth coordination of the reception area.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to engage effectively with both colleagues and clients.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the high standards of our establishment.
- Handle administrative tasks efficiently, even under pressure.
- Collaborate with our established team to contribute to the overall success of our opticians.
Qualifications:
- Education to at least GCSE standard in English and Mathematics.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an optician or similar role (preferred).
- Smart and professional appearance.
- Clear command of the English language.
- Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a friendly team environment.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.
- Weekend availability (with flexible weekend work planned for the future).
Salary:
- £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
