We're on the lookout for a dynamic and personable Receptionist to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a crucial role in upholding our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist clients with a warm and welcoming manner.
  • Manage appointments and ensure smooth coordination of the reception area.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills to engage effectively with both colleagues and clients.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the high standards of our establishment.
  • Handle administrative tasks efficiently, even under pressure.
  • Collaborate with our established team to contribute to the overall success of our opticians.

Qualifications:


  • Education to at least GCSE standard in English and Mathematics.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an optician or similar role (preferred).
  • Smart and professional appearance.
  • Clear command of the English language.
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a friendly team environment.

Working Hours:


  • Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.
  • Weekend availability (with flexible weekend work planned for the future).

Salary:

- £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
