Looking for a fulfilling and rewarding role in education? We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Bletchley As a passionate and skilled professional, you will play an important role in supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) in a classroom setting.


Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with teachers and support staff to develop individualised education plans for students with SEN.
  • Providing oneonone support to students with SEN as needed.
  • Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Preparing materials and resources to assist with lesson planning and delivery.
  • Previous experience working with children with SEN.
  • A strong understanding of different types of SEN and the strategies and accommodations that can be used to support students with these needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
