Job Advert:

You will be responsible for operational logistics of delivering a busy day service. Leading the service delivery and timetabled sessions to a high standard ensuring a quality service with measurable positive outcomes.


To manage the supporting care team members by confidently leading with supervision, monitoring, ensuring professional approaches and a person centred delivery in line with the varying individual support needs within a group setting.

To risk assess and support adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex healthcare needs to access a range of day opportunities which enhance their independence, opportunities and inclusion in society.

To monitor and communicate on complex healthcare needs with other multi disciplinary teams.

To safeguard and give complete care (physical, social, emotional, intellectual) according to the individual needs of the service user as assessed and planned ensuring absolute dignity and respect is paramount in service delivery.
