Description

A Senior Reward Analyst is required by a market leading international brand, based in Bristol. This role will suit an experienced individual who has strong technical analytical Reward, Compensation and Benefits skills.

The role will be remotely based with the option in the future of flexible working from 1-3 days in the office per week.

You will be providing high quality, professional and specialist data analysis on a wide range of reward and benefits matters.

In addition, you will carry out detailed data, market and benchmarking analyses assimilating complex data from a variety of both internal and external sources to support projects and reports

Other responsibilities will include:

Ad hoc benchmarking for roles globally.
Creation of salary ranges for annual salary review process.
Creation of salary ranges for global grading structure.
Assist with completion of job catalogue.
