SRM Recruitment are working with a international sports organisation, who operate in an ever growing market to identify a part/nearly qualified
FP&A Analyst.
The role will be budget controlling and forecasting for departments and races and preparing financial and business-related analysis. You will also be ensuring month-end closes on time. This position reports directly to the FP&A Director.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Budget control and forecasting for allocated departments and events the business holds
Dashboard reporting including variance analysis
Finance business partnering allocated business areas
Monthend close of allocated business areas
Cash flow forecasting and other FP&A related tasks
Ad hoc business case/analysis.

What we're looking for:

A Partqualified / Finalist level accountant eg ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or ACA with a few exams remaining
Likely to be currently be operating as a Management Accountant or Finance Analyst and looking for a new challenge and blended role.
Experience in monthend close process and likely to be strong on underlying accounting fundamentals (eg debits and credits, accruals, reconciliations etc)
Exceptional analytical skills (to be able to analyse high volume of financial information at transactional level and high level)
An ability to business partner and work collaboratively across the wider business

This role is London based and our client operates a hybrid working policy (circa 3 days a week in their office in Central London)
**Salary: £ £50,000 + benefits.
