Due to continued growth, we are seeking an apprentice to join our experienced team of technicians -with the potential to gain valuable experience and qualifications upon completing the apprenticeship are endless and a great way to start your career inIT.


Salary:

£15,000 per annum.

  • General Administration
  • New Customer Creation
  • Dashboard Creation
  • Categories and Subcategory management
  • Adhoc intool reporting

Service Now:


  • Basic Administration
  • Dashboard Creation
  • Categories and Subcategory management
  • Adhoc intool reporting

Gam effective Platform:


  • Account creation, mover and leavers
  • Reporting

  • Basic knowledge of Office Packages (Outlook, Word & Excel)

  • Manages customer's expectations effectively

Entry requirements:

The entry requirements for this Azure Cloud Support Specialist programme are as follows:

  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

Future prospects:
