Due to continued growth, we are seeking an apprentice to join our experienced team of technicians -with the potential to gain valuable experience and qualifications upon completing the apprenticeship are endless and a great way to start your career inIT.
Salary:
£15,000 per annum.

- General Administration
- New Customer Creation
- Dashboard Creation
- Categories and Subcategory management
- Adhoc intool reporting
Service Now:
- Basic Administration
- Dashboard Creation
- Categories and Subcategory management
- Adhoc intool reporting
Gam effective Platform:
- Account creation, mover and leavers
- Reporting

- Basic knowledge of Office Packages (Outlook, Word & Excel)
- Basic understanding of IT Services with a desire to learn

Entry requirements:
The entry requirements for this Azure Cloud Support Specialist programme are as follows:
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)

Future prospects:
92% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship. Additionally, there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks.

QA's apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education.
To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
