First impressions count Opportunity with a leading Media agency to join their Reception team on an immediate start temp basis.

100% office based Monday - Friday.

As Receptionist your role will include:

Greeting colleagues, visitors, suppliers, contractors with a first-class welcome
Visitor ID checks to ensure guest safety
Room bookings, meeting set up and catering
Management of Reception inbox and phones
Adhoc admin to support
Using Google Suite

What makes a great Receptionist?

Experience in a customer facing role
Highly organised with good timekeeping
Able to anticipate situations before they occur
Excellent allround communication skills
