Description

Wilkinson & Associates are delighted to be working in partnership with a Stirling based manufacturing business as they look to recruit a Finance Business Partner.


The Finance Business Partner will manage the financial performance, budgets and forecasting of the cost of manufacturing and will work with the Plant Manager to minimise variances and has overall responsibility for the accuracy of the financial results for production.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Review and management of monthly production financial results
  • Present monthly results to Plant Manager and Financial Controller
  • Attend monthly business partnering meeting and present results for the site
  • Key role in managing energy position and understanding the current hedging profile and assessing risks/opportunities
  • Process production month end in SAP
  • Run budget process
  • Run forecast process
  • Support of stock control
  • Work with Production team on improvement projects
  • Work with Supply Chain on Raw Material controls

Essential skills & experience

  • Qualified Accountant
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Extracting key messages from large datasets
  • Experience of identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Manufacturing experience (desirable)
  • SAP (Desirable)
The roles offer hybrid working with 4 days on site and 1 from home.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
£55,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
