**Event Co-ordinator**This leading sporting agent boasts a client base of high-net-worth individuals and large corporations globally. They are renowned for their highly efficient tailored service and ability to provide outstanding sport in the fishing and shooting world.
They are looking for a Shooting Co-ordinator to work with their sporting agents to ensure the planning and booking for shooting days and holidays goes smoothly.
Event Co-ordinator - what will I be doing?:
Event Co-ordinator - What experience do I need?
- You must be highly attentive with a terrific eye for detail and experience of managing High Net Worth Customers previously.
- Ideally you will have a good knowledge of the shooting industry or experience of working in it previously
- You will be literate in all basic PC skills, have excellent communication skills and be well organised.
- It is imperative that you are a conscientious team player with a good sense of urgency and have the ability to multi task.
- Perhaps you have previously worked as a PA or an Event's Coordinator / Manager
Event Co-ordinator - Additional Information
This is a permanent role - you will need to be in the office in Dumfires 2 days a week with some flexibility around this.
It's a full-time role. The hours are Monday to Friday but longer hours will be required on an ad hoc basis during high season- October
- March.
