Our client based in Brackley is looking for a Parts and Technical Administrator to join their team.

Reporting directly to the After-Sales Manager you will be completing day-to-day administration tasks for parts and technical within the Service Department.

Working hours of 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday will be required and hybrid working may be considered.


Duties of the role:

  • Respond to quotation requests for parts.
  • Provide technical support for customers and field engineers.
  • Support the service team.
  • General administration.
  • Support with query resolution.
  • Offer excellent customer service.

You must:

  • Be confident in communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Have previous customer service and administration experience.
  • Display strong computer skills and be able to use Microsoft office packages to include Word, Outlook and Excel, alongside a bespoke inhouse system and CRM.
  • Work well within a team but also be able to work independently.
Offering £25,000-£30,000 per annum and 21 days holiday plus bank holidays, this is a great opportunity.
