Our client based in Brackley is looking for a Parts and Technical Administrator to join their team.Reporting directly to the After-Sales Manager you will be completing day-to-day administration tasks for parts and technical within the Service Department.
Working hours of 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday will be required and hybrid working may be considered.Duties of the role:
- Respond to quotation requests for parts.
- Provide technical support for customers and field engineers.
- Support the service team.
- General administration.
- Support with query resolution.
- Offer excellent customer service.
You must:
- Be confident in communication skills both written and verbal.
- Have previous customer service and administration experience.
- Display strong computer skills and be able to use Microsoft office packages to include Word, Outlook and Excel, alongside a bespoke inhouse system and CRM.
- Work well within a team but also be able to work independently.
