Learning Support Assistant


Pay Range:
Local Government Scale 3 (Point 5-6)


Actual Salary:
£15,933 - £16,199 per annum


Working hours/weeks: 30 hours per week, 38 working weeks (term time only)

Start Date:
As soon as possible


The Role

We're looking for a Learning Support Assistant who:

  • Is committed to promoting good outcomes for all pupils

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working with an individual student under the direction of teaching staff
  • Support the use of ICT in the classroom and develop a pupils' competence and independence in its use
  • To assist with the preparation, maintenance and control of stocks of materials and resources.

We're looking for you if you have:

  • Experience of working with primary age children
  • Knowledge of relevant codes of practice and school policies
  • Work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the group.
