£23,000

Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5.30pm

Friday 8.30am-3.30pm

Due to incredible business growth we are EXCLUSIVELY recruiting for a PA / Operations Administrator to join our hugely successful client in supporting the HO Support Services and their Field Services Engineers.


They have a hugely exciting future with plans to grow their business dramatically over the next 12 months which will have a fantastic impact on the development and internal promotion of their employees as well as additional recruitment.


In your new role as their Service Operations Administrator, you will be providing exceptional customer services to their retail and hospitality clients (all B2B) as well as supporting the field service engineers with their orders, equipment, travel and bookingany overnight accommodations.

this is the role for you


Reporting to the Head of Support Services your key responsibilities will be:

  • Quotes for support work and actioning Sales Orders once approved
  • Management of Engineer schedule in relation to above works
  • FSE Admin booking accommodation/travel
  • Manage Hours worked and sign off for Finance
  • Uploading and managing sign offs Support though the sign off tool into Nav
  • Management of Sales Orders for FSE's
  • RMA administration
  • Preparing documents, helpdesk reports and correspondence as required.
  • Performing administrative support duties, as required, to meet specific operational objectives
  • Performing miscellaneous jobrelated duties as requested by Heads of Departments
  • Ensure that a high level of customer service and support is provided to all customers.

Your Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Use of Mircosoft 365 Package
  • Excel Reporting/Google Sheets
  • Competent in Microsoft Navision
  • Desirable

CONTRACTUAL BENEFITS
- £23,000 + Career Development

  • Hours of work are; 8.30am5:30pm Monday
  • Thursday, Fridays 3:00pm
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • AE pension
