Description
Our client a global relocation/moving company are looking to recruit a Trainee Relocation Coordinator to work within their Destination Services department based in London, to support the team management of all activities.
As the Trainee Relocation Coordinator, you will be supporting the team with tenancy management & departure services and with any ad-hoc tasks.
The successful Trainee Relocation Coordinator will ideally have previous experience within the property sector, travel, international logistics and customer service experience and strong computer skills - MS Office Suite.
Trainee
Relocation Coordinator Duties:
Assist with the preparation of weekly status reports
Support with temporary accommodation and home search searches
Manage suppliers; including Area Consultants, DSP's, Household Goods, etc.
Complete general administration tasks
Review and approve supplier invoices
Skills & Experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Experience of living or working abroad
- Bilingual skills
