Description

We are currently seeking to appoint a Forklift Driver for Refurb operations within our Midlands Region.

At Lovell we work with local authorities and housing associations to create sustainable communities and leave a positive legacy wherever we work.

We develop new housing, construct and refurbish people's homes and create homes for rent, shared ownership and open market sale.

Lovell's expertise is creating large-scale and social renewal throughout the country.

The successful applicant will report to a Site Manager and Project Manager and will be responsible for storage of materials and distribution of materials via the forklift.

All areas of site presentation will also be the forklift driver's responsibility.

The role requires development of positive relationships with both internal and external customers with strong focus on service delivery.

You should have a proven track record in a similar role, with experience of managing a JCB forklift. You must have any up to date licence to drive a forklift.

We are looking for an assertive and confident individual who is proactive, flexible and able to take ownership for their work, combine with the ability to develop strong management and communication skills.
