Previous experience in a supervisory role is required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
Excellent problemsolving abilities
Attention to detail and ability to multitask

This job is on a self employed basis
Relevant Certification is essential. CSCS card and either SSSTS or SMSTS is required

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations at our site.

You will manage a team of sub contractors, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure that all work is completed according to company standards.

Your strong leadership skills and ability to effectively communicate with team members will be crucial in maintaining a productive and efficient work environment.
