We are recruiting for a Marketing Manager to look after our business.


Reporting directly to the MD you will be responsible for the development and activation of our strategic marketing plan across our business.

You'll work with internal and external stakeholders to create and develop exciting propositions that captivate our clients and customers in order to drive engagement and maximum participation through our outlets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strategically lead b2b and b2c positioning working with Marketing, Operations and Sales to drive change and implement clear frameworks for engagement.
  • Lead and develop the implementation of consumerfocused propositions across client accounts; supporting the operations team to successfully execute food and service offers, menu mix, brand, pricing and promotions both online and offline.
  • Drive and deliver the marketing calendar working with design, procurement, operations and food development to deliver effective campaigns that drive spend, engagement and participation reporting ROI to track and measure campaign delivery.
  • Work with Food Development to create compelling, creative and innovative food offers that span client and consumer groups, showcased through our quarterly workshops.
  • Collaborate with the internal Purchasing team to harness supplier relationships to drive sales and budgets to support the marketing and promotional initiatives.
  • Support Sales with commercial case studies on propositions, promotions, new installations, food concepts and other customer facing activity to include in bids and sales presentations.
  • Create marketing training tools alongside L&D to set standards and support operations in delivering marketing, merchandising and promotional training.
  • Manage & collaborate with internal and external design teams and agencies to produce effective marketing point of sale collateral, signage and supporting documents.
  • Develop Marketing standards tools, to support Operations with all the necessary tools to effectively implement and operate internal propositions to the agreed standards
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop customer insights and research using qualitative and quantitative questioning to bring richer insight into our proposition development.
  • Contract mobilisations support operations in mobilising contracts in all aspects of marketing and promotion.
  • Digital & Social Media to take responsibility for the maintenance & development of the company website and to drive innovative, informative & engaging traffic through appropriate social media channels.


  • App Rollout

  • To lead the continuing the rollout of and development of our apps and tech initiatives maximising comms opportunities from payment systems, eshots and continual research into new initiatives

Skills:


  • Collaborative and able to be hands on depending on the project
  • Must enjoy problem solving and challenges
  • Identify as appropriate when to delegate work to specialists
  • Confidence in delivering projects from concept through to delivery
  • Strong creative skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under own initiative
  • Awareness of customer insight and latest market trends

Salary:
From £10.42 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bridgend: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
  • Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
